“DO NOT PURCHASE A HOME FROM THEM!!”

Lisa Wray worked with the sellers Bravo Socrates and SOASI Property Investments to lead us to believe they would address our addendums prior to buying the house even though it was "move in ready". We requested the gutters to be repaired and re-sloped, a proper tuck point performed on the chimney, and our furnace to be serviced. Upon move in the furnace was broken and non functional in February, the gutters were level and holding stagnant water, a roof inspector informed us that a tuck point was never performed instead putty and paint were used to hide their "work", and the pipes overfilled causing water damage to our laundry room. Their shoddy work is costing us thousands, Lisa led us to believe they would work with us to fix their failure to complete the necessary items. They will agree to fix things on contract but really they're slapping lipstick on a pig and refuse to work with you after. Save yourself the stress and money. Find better agents with reputable investors and contractors doing the flips.
